Decorations for a cajun theme party?

I am having an indoor / outdoor party -- wedding actually-- with a cajun theme. Does anybody have any good suggestions for decorations? I want it more toward the cly side, so no inflatable alligators or crawfish :) Ideas for centerpieces, lighting, outdoor suggestions, and especially photos would be very helpful. My colors are red, blue and orange, and I want to stay away from mardi gras decorations.
