Do you get marks taken off for spelling American in Australia, in exams?

Say if I wanted to do my VCE in Melbourne or my HSC in Sydney, would I get marks taken off in the English exams for spelling words like color, favorite, center, theater, manouver, honor, practice instead of practise, organize, realize, catolog, anolog, traveling, marvelous, gray, and what about for words like crib instead of cott, bangs, instead of fringe, cotton candy instead of fairy floss, airplane instead of aeroplane, aluminum instead of aluminium, pajamas instead of pyjamas, mom instead of mum, mustache instead of moustache, cell phone instead of mobile phone, diaper instead of nappy, pacifier instead of dummy, etceteria.
