Should I tell my teacher to stop teaching me clical guitar?

Don't worry a bit: lots of students just drop out without giving their teacher any reason at all: one lesson they are there, then next, not. Your teacher will understand that clical guitar isn't your style, and will be happy that you were brave and polite enough to tell her face-to-face, instead of just vanishing!! Hopefully she will teach you rhythm guitar instead - or if that's not HER style, then hopefully she can recommend a good teacher for you now, who does teach it. You are very thoughtful and considerate to take her feelings into consideration so well. You should of course tell her that you want to switch styles, but if you do it as politely as you write, there will be no problems at all!!
