How does a girl with masculine features look more girly?

i'm 18 years old, a girl, and have always been tomboyish in all aspects. first of all, i kind of look like a guy: i have very sharp masculine features (especially nose and jaw). when i'm not tired, my eyes are my softest features so i tend to stray from too much eye makeup because that tends to sharpen them up, which is the opposite of what i'm looking to do. i wear black graphic tees (usually men's shirts but in my size) with straight-legged jeans and slip-on vans. i feel that i give off too much of a guy-vibe especially because of my face, so i'm looking for tips on how to distract from my maleish features. any tips on makeup, clothes? i don't want to provide a picture for personal reasons but if you want a visual, think lady gaga without all the spazzy clown paint. that's basically my facial structure, plus a jewish nose.
