I want to be Cop Like Bruce Willis on those Die Hard Movies!?

My Favorite one was Die Hard 2 Die Harder! Hey I know that it's a Dangerous Job but every time I see Bad things happen to people it makes me want to do something about it while everybody just wants to walk by and mind their own business. Heck I can't help but wanting to be a Hero when I see Fictional hero's like John McClane, Jack Bauer, and Superman. But I Know that if I get the Job and I come across a few Ruthless Bad Guys and they attack me I'm going to say Yippie Ki Yay Mother ******* and take them down. I just want to know what is the fastest way to get Stronger and get in Shape.
