What to do if you have Bronchitis Please Help.?

Okay, well i went to the Doctors, Today or on tuesday, and well they Checked me did some X rays on me and Than after that they Prescribed me Some Pills too help my Mild Bronchitus. So after a Couple Days i was Doing great. but Now Tonight its getting hard for me To breathe, Like im getting Pains on The Right Side of my Chest, there weird Pains i dont understand them at all. But I Also tooka few drags of a cigarette? And well that scared me more when it became difficult for me to breathe. Im going To stop, all i want to know is PLease tell me im not Going to die im really scared. >.< Please dont mess with me and say i am going to Die, just give me a Truthful Response please, thanks..
