Which stamps will prevent me from getting into Israel?

I'm hoping to travel through the middle east next summer. The only thing is that it would be via Israel (I'm Jewish and I want to do my birthright trip). I understand that I can get the Israeli's to stamp a blank piece of paper so I can still get into countries like Kuwait. My question is this: which countries' stamps will prevent me from returning to Israel to take my free flight back to North America? For instance: if I have a Kuwaiti stamp in my pport, is that ok? Thanks!
