Help! URGENT! Kinda gross, but im worried :/?

So i've been having this reddish discharge looking stuff when I poop. Its not dark red and it started today. My period is soon and I thought it was that, but no, this is coming from my . Like I will feel the need to go poop and ill sit down and start farting a lot and then that stuff will come out and im having trouble pooping. Im only 14 and im getting scared.
